So.....I'm married!!!!! Oh my goodness. How amazing is this?? Wow. the last 6 months have been such a blur. Time goes by so fast. So crazy. So much has changed. I've moved. I'm no longer living on the ranch. In fact, I am far from any ranch at all. We're living in Newport Beach. I feel so ritzy even typing that hehe. It is so different than where I grew up but it is a blessing to be able to live here for a chapter in my life. It's beautiful! We live right on the Bay. I am having so much fun homemaking and making things pretty :).
I have so many things to say! I haven't been able to blog in such a long time. It's nice to have this time to sit, relax, and spill the details! I can't wait to share all of the wedding photos with you all. Planning the wedding was the most incredible experience ever. It was so special to host the wedding where I grew up on our property in Arizona. It made everything mean that much more. From clearing out the space within all of the trees--leveling the ground out, burning brush, picking up cow poop, raking, chainsawing, planting, creating rock gardens...to finally getting the details from-- making the tablecloths, sewing miles of bunting, painting signs, writing on all of the chalkboards, dip dying fabric, glittering antlers, collecting furniture, dip dying paper. Oh my! I feel like I could write a "how-to" wedding book. After planning my own event and bringing my vision and creativity to life, I've realized how much I would love to do this someday. Looking back on those memories creating with my family and friends...preparing for the day...those are the moments that I'll remember most and I am so beyond blessed to have been able to experience that.
Because I do not have the wedding photos right now to show you all, I'm going to share a sneaky-peaky of my photos from the honeymoon. What an incredible time! We went to the Big Island and Maui...we were little island hoppers. We had some very big adventures and collected some lovely treasures :).
Hope everyone has a beautiful rest of their weeks! Till next time...I promise it won't be months from now ;)
