Streamline

Happy Thursday! For my look today, I went, the classic, Black and Gold. It's nice to go simple and streamline sometimes. I love the this little black dress with the gold zipper running down the front. The dress is from Umgee USA. Love them. It was a perfect pairing with this black target hat- with the gold detailing around the base of the hat. My inspiration for this outfit was just thinking about the holiday's coming up! Everyone needs a LBD right (little black dress)? It is not only the classic choice, but also, for this time of year, you won't be able to wear it enough! It'd be perfect for all those fun parties coming up! 

If wearing your LBD during the day, grab this Target floppy hat and rock it during the day with nude pumps or a pretty gold sandal. If wearing it at night, ditch the hat, tie your hair up... or in my case, give it a comb ;)... grab a slick neutral or colored blazer and bam...you're a rockstar.

Brooklyn Bound

Hi readers! Okay so this past week has been so crazy. So I'm sorry for not posting! I have this new serving job (so fun) and I started back up again at Anthropologie in Scottsdale. I missed it- I just had to go back! I'm missing my Newport store though. Those girls are the absolute sweetest. But anyways, I'm working both jobs. Almost everyday. Maybe I'm a baby, or just not used to it, but my feet and legs have never been so mad at me. Blisters all over my feet and my legs feel like jello. As soon as I get home I just collapse.

I wore the tee today with my new Anthro Gold Skirt. I just love it! I recommend every girl gets it. It's perfect for the Christmas season! And you can of course dress it up and make it glam with a pretty and simple blouse, hair up, and simple chic jewelry....or you can make it casual and fun by pairing it with something more casual like a tee! Pairing something extra feminine, like the skirt, always goes well with something more grunge, like a tee, camo jacket, messy hair, and boots. Cool? Got it? Good. :)

Keep It Classy

So excited to be featuring Umgee USA today on the blog. Both the ombre sweater and skort are from Umgee USA. I had never heard of Umgee until a couple weeks ago, but I'm so glad I finally did! Classic Leather Purse

The Classic Leather Purse. A thing of beauty. Every girl should have one, right? I was asked my opinion on the subject a couple days ago and I actually hadn't really thought of how essential a neutral purse is! For one... if you are going to splurge on one thing, I'd recommend going all out on a pair of shoes...or a purse. Because a designer blouse is amazing and I wish I could just go out and buy designer blouses, but I can't. And the thing is, is that seasons happen, styles change. But you know what doesn't? A Coach Leather purse. I mean come on. It goes with everything and you'll have it for years to come...especially with the ones I picked out :). With the Christmas season semi approaching, maybe one of these classy leather purses will be on your radar. I know that first purse pictured is on mine.
