Home Sweet Home

I'm home. And I just love being home. Home is in Arizona, out on a ranch with my family. This week is spring break for me and I'm lovin' it. I miss my home so much when I'm in California. But then when I'm home, I miss my honey! Brennan couldn't come with me this trip because he has school this week. Poor guy. But there is just something about Arizona, the ranch, where someone grows up. I just love waking up early in the morning to see all our hound dogs sprawled out along the fresh cut green grass, sipping on my dad's freshly brewed coffee, then looking out the window to see the horses laying down sunning themselves in warm piles of sawdust. All of that just isn't in California. Sorry Cali. Anyone like me and a total home body?

Another major bonus is when I'm home, I get to raid my mom's fab closet and jewelry case. She has the best stuff. She is a professional garage sale/flea market/goodwill shopper. I think Macklemore's song, Thrift Shop was written for her ;). She finds the most funky fun stuff! Like the necklace for example- $5 at a garage sale. The amazing dress? In a little booth in Las Vegas during the National Rodeo Finals. All her stuff is one-of-a-kind...just like her! 

Stay tuned for more shoots of me in my element ;). I think I'm going to bring out the horses for the next shoot!
