You guys. School's starting. Can I get a "whoop whoop" from the peanut gallery?
This time, for me, it's the semester before my last! (in big girl school...aka college) Yikes is all I can say. It went by so fast. It feels like I just came out of high school. Who of you like high school like me? Football games, wearing your crushes letterman jacket, varsity soccer games, sleep overs, track meets, easy classes...oh it was grand.
This whole back to school thing inspired me for this outfit post. When I was home for break, I went digging through my parents closet, like any of us do, and I found my dad's old letterman's jacket! So fun, right? So naturally, like any 21 year old girl would do, I took it ;). And I must say, it is becoming one of my fav's! For complete outfit details, read below!
What I'm wearing: dad's letterman's jacket // Urban Outfitter Leather Skater Skirt // Target Plaid Shirt (similar here) // Steve Madden Pink Pumps // Anthropologie Lily Necklace
So what are your favorite high school memories? Or did you hate high school all together??
XO
Emily
I'm natural blonde...although I do get highlights. But I know, it's weird. I dye my hair a little lighter and they die their's a little darker :). I'm the FedEx child I guess ;). My grandma has blonde hair, so I think that's where I get it.
ReplyDeleteAw how fun! What year are you? And oh that's awesome! Good find :). Thank you for your comments! I think we would be good friends too. We have lots in common!

Aw thank you! I'm wearing two actually because I love the mix of them both.
DeleteThe bottom color I wear is from Nars called Schiap, then the top color I use is from Mac called Saint Cermain. They are both great separate but they make this great color together :)

Aw that's funny! We are total twins :). I bet your hair is beautiful in your reddish color, but if you ever do want to dye it, I'd go to a professional place. I've gone to the same lady for my whole life so I really trust her. I'd probably be scared too if I didn't know how it was going to turn out.
ReplyDeleteYou are so sweet! :)
I loved High School! Probably some of the best times in my life! Love these photos of you, such a cute outfit and such a cute idea!
