Effortless Spring Look

Hi lovelies! I just joined ASOS Fashion Finder and used their "Create an Outfit" feature. It is so fun! I loved putting an outfit together derived from my inspirations today! I was really inspired by bright oranges and deep blues. I loved pairing those colors with the 'always classic' black and nude jumpsuit and super cute flats.

To see all the outfit details click here. It will take you to the full links on my ASOS profile!

And if you want to check out more of my daily inspirations, check out my pinterest page :)

Be inspired! What's inspired you lately?

What are you Easter plans??

Black And Gold

Black and Gold my darlings. Its a long standing relationship between those two. Pair them together and you get fabulous every time. I promise. It is one of my favorite combinations and it's always in-style.

Happy Wednesday! Hope everyone's having a wonderful day! It's my Brennan's birthday today! He is 23! If you want to see some fun parts of celebrating his special day, go follow me on instagram (@egoswick) here.

And you may or may not notice my blue hair. I walked into Brennan's room to pick him up to take these photos and he kissed me on the forehead and commented on my dress. He is so sweet. But as time went on- he never commented on the hair. I said, "hun, did you notice something different today?" He said, "ummm is it a new dress?" time kept passing, then I finally said, "babe, how do you like my blue hair?" haha he then realized it. We laughed. Silly boys.

The hair isn't permanent. It is this fantastic hair chalk (listed in outfit deets below) from Urban. I love it! It is so fun and washes out completely fine! It has all the colors of the rainbow! Really excited to do some fun things with it :). Today I put it on the tips of my hair, then did a messy braid. And I promise the braid tutorial is coming soon!!

Here's all the outfit deets for today.

The Rolling Stones

Hi everyone! Hope everyone's weekend was great!

I found this great Rolling Stones Sweater at Urban Outfitters a while back and it has become my new favorite comfy sweater. Along with that, it makes for a perfect piece to pair with a fun skirt! Take the one I'm wearing for example. Look below for the complete outfit deets. Even without the same items I have, you can build this look from the wardrobe you already have. We all have a cute black skirt and favorite baggy sweater, right? It's a super great go-to outfit when you want to be comfy--yet still look cute and presentable. All you'll need is your fav baggy sweater and a cute skirt. Add some boots and some messy hair and you'll nail it. Find a matching wall to your outfit and you get bonus points ;).

Since I am wearing a Rolling Stones sweater, I thought I'd ask you your favorite Rolling Stones song? Don't listen to them? Then instead share your favorite song at the moment...I'm in the mood to hear some good music :)

It's an Anthro Thing

Hi hi hi! So I'm super happy because I've been working more at Anthro. And you know what that means, right? It means I have more money to buy their clothes. Imagine working in that store...I mean, come on, do you blame me?! I just can't help myself (plus I have a bomb discount). I'm surrounded by pretty things all day long.

So the other day, I got this fabulous dress. I didn't style it much because I think some pieces stand by themselves. Including this dress. I love the print and the colors for spring!

Jumper Here Jumper There

Happy Monday friends! Sorry I've been MIA for the past week. I am dreadfully behind on school and last week my family came to see me. We went to Seaworld and hung out at the beach in Carlsbad. If you follow me on Instagram, then you saw some pics from that trip :). It was such a fun week! But...needless to say, I'm behind on life right now. I'm at a place right now in school where I don't care (bad, I know), but I just want to be done so bad! And every assignment seems stupid. Okay. I'm sorry. I'll stop with the attitude. And I'm also behind on my blogging too because I was sick and my work is picking up. So long story short, I'll try to be catch up and do better this week :).

So starting you out with a fun outfit post today on this new jumpsuit at Anthro! Hate to break it to all you 'jumpsuit haters' out there, but jumpers are in. Come on, just admit it ;). I'm super happy for their return because what's not to love?! They are super comfy, and you have a whole outfit in one piece. Great for when you don't want to plan an outfit.

P.s. If you like my bun, check out my tutorial on how to do it here

P.s. Another fun thing that happened while I was away for those few days is that I won that Fashion City Contest! Yay! Check out the winning article here :) xo

 Much love my darlings.
